Shipping

Shipping is free within New Zealand.

We use NZ ParcelPost Tracked for delivery, which takes up to 3 working days. If no one is home to sign for your parcel a card will be left, detailing how to obtain your parcel. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.

 

Privacy

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services, but are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.
We use the latest ASB Bank encryption methods to safeguard your online payment.

 

Payment 

Payment can be made securely by Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.
Your card details will be protected by Paypal’s heavily guarded encryption methods.
If you have a Paypal account you can also pay securely this way.
You can pay by cheque. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
Online banking payments can be made to ASB 12-3136-0287518-00 (Please insert your order number as reference)

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused items to us within 30 days for a refund.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
Please note that returned items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with packaging intact.
